Good location, close to the underground and surface trains, only minutes into the main square. Reception staff extremely helpful on multiple occasions, helping with directions and the like. Room in good condition, clean, modern with kitchen facilities. There were no dining facilities thus the 1 rating on this item however was an apartment so you would not expect them.
There was a fair bit of road noise however we stayed during Oktoberfest so probably related. This was also the reason it was not good value however I doubt anywhere in Munich would have been value at this time of year.
